Vodafone had implemented an Asia Pacific CRM and billing system upgrade and needed an Asia Pacific wide solution for efficient and accurate data distribution to their Data Warehouses. Multiple solutions and vendors were tried, but each failed to deliver on the requirements due to the extremely high data volumes and complex reporting logic. 

Bryte delivered a near real time data capture, information availability and integration solution in under 3 months to build a single customer view across data from multiple geographies and business systems. This enabled the business to rapidly identify customers at risk of churn and identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities.
