Vodafone Group Plc. is one of the world’s leading mobile telecommunications companies, with a significant presence in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the United States through the company’s subsidiary undertakings, joint ventures, associated undertakings and investments.
Vodafone had implemented an Asia Pacific CRM and billing system upgrade and needed an Asia Pacific wide solution for efficient and accurate data distribution to their Data Warehouses. They tried a hand coded solution, which failed, as some data never reached the Data Warehouses and critical reports could not be generated.
They further tried an ETL tool, which again could not deliver the data due to the geographical locations.
When we took on the project, we delivered a solution that provided accurate data in a timely fashion which achieved all their Business Intelligence goals. We further applied smart data integration techniques to present their data for easy analytics and reporting.
